Giving me the run around with account verification and pending $4,000 withdrawal

About two weeks ago I received an email telling me my account has been temporarily disabled after trying to withdraw $4000 dollars. The email asked me to send in proof of address which I have done. They then asked me to send in proof of address again a request which I fulfilled, and I have heard nothing from them now for a week. I have tried calling them and I just keep getting the run around. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
