Games payout is unfair
Since March 15th I have deposited thousands of dollars at Bovada, certainly over $20,000 and I have also expressed my concerns on numerous occasions to customer service agents regarding the suspicious activity during gameplay. One of my biggest concerns was how how with many of my deposits, my gameplay only lasts between 10-15 minutes; with more so being the former. It didn’t matter if I deposited small or large amounts and my transaction history will show this. The generic answer I always receive is that the games are unpredictable and fair and they wouldn’t have it any other way.
Another concern is how the games hardly give decent payouts. Now, I understand gambling has risks and there are no guarantees however, I feel if the so called RNG was fair then why is it the games play the same way the majority of the time that I play. Particularly the game Pandas Go Wild. There seems to be no variation in the spins. With that said another issue is the lack of extra features during gameplay like free spins.
I hardly get free spins on any of the games that I chose to play. On some games for example, Larry’s Lucky Tavern, I’ve played for nearly an hour and received no free spins or bonuses in that game. Not that I’ve never received them but they are few and far between; and if I happen to receive a set of free spins, the payout is hardly consistent with what I’m wagering. I just feel like the games are set some way and I know that is hard to prove but if anyone looks at my transaction history, they would see that I’m an active player and made numerous deposits daily and still could not get decent gameplay. It’s like my money was just being thrown into space.
I know Bovada will say that I do have wins, well yes of course I have wins but they go by my total wins from all of the spins and assume that’s what was in my balance. I can only go by balance because that is the amount that is available to withdraw and many times my balance doesn’t go above the amount that I start with. They try to say, ‘well you won X amount of dollars, but you played it back.’ Well that’s because my balance is not really increasing. I can have $30 and get wins here and there that add up but my balance will still hover around $30 without increasing…but Bovada will claim like you’re winning but my balance isn’t increasing.
I also take time to play and in Bovada’s practice play mode and it’s remarkable how well it plays then, I receive all types of wins but playing with real money, it’s as dry as a desert. Yes, I know it’s called practice play for a reason but I have expressed that the practice play deceives how the real game is.
Bovada loves to stand by the fact that their site is for entertainment purposes however they seem to forget that players are depositing real money so when the outcome is consistently bad, there is a ready excuse; as I mentioned to one agent, Bovada is not an arcade game, we are depositing real money so when the games are consistently playing bad, suspicions will arise.
I know people lose money every day and gambling should be handled maturely, again however I feel that playing at Bovada shouldn’t seem like you’re just throwing money away for nothing. As much as I played I hoped that the games would show a bit more fairness.
To sum up, I expressed my frustrations to a customer service agent today stating how I’ve lost a lot of money and that Bovada has consumed me. I did also state that I lost “everything” meaning every time I make a deposit I don’t get fair games and I end up losing everything and that I’ve cried due to my many frustrations of how could I let this happen to me. In my opinion it happens way too often. Well, the agent closed my account without my consent. Upon closure of my account I spoke to a supervisor who confirmed that due to my comments my account would be closed for good. Okay that’s fine and dandy but I also asked the supervisor, why was no one concerned after the many times I complained that the games weren’t playing well and I was consistently losing money, also stating the amounts that I’ve lost, again thousands….why didn’t anyone take care to automatically close my account then when I expressed how I felt regarding my gameplay. It’s not until now that my comments are being heard and now I am being restricted from playing.
I am requesting that I receive a portion of my losses back, I know I will never recover all of it but I do feel like my money has been stolen from me by Bovada. It’s not like I made one deposit for $20,000 and foolishly lost it, I’m talking about many many deposits day after day and it’s seems to always be the same outcome. If someone would please work to get this resolved. My account is already closed and I deserve to have some of my money back and then Bovada and myself can no longer have a relationship afterwards. I just want the right thing done because I feel it’s unethical and taking advantage of loyal players. I have attached my deposit totals from April 15th. I have also requested from Bovada my transaction history.
Thank you for your time.
