Fake chargebacks
I've gotten two fake chargebacks from Bovada the emails came exactly one month after the other to the day and the exact minute.
The first time I paid to bring my account out of the negative not knowing what was going on they told me the refund was being processed and would be in my bank account in 7 days (refund never came) and the exactly one month later to the exact minute I get another email about my account being disabled due to a chargeback and to contact customer service.
There was no chargeback this time I looked into it and my bank had never issued a chargeback in the history of my account since opening it, they also told me Bovada wouldn’t be able to see a chargeback it would be there credit card processor who would be the ones who could actually see it so when they told me a refund was on the way after I paid for first fake chargeback they were lying because they wouldn’t be able to see that either only the credit card processor that they hire through third party would.
I was told that their credit card processor is lying to them and claiming chargebacks are happening that aren’t and to cover their loses immediately pulling money from their players accounts who aren’t doing anything but depositing money to play and having their processor steal the deposit and then lie to Bovada and same a chargeback was issued.
I’ve found hundreds and hundreds of post on Reddit of this happening to other players I just wish I looked into it before I got scammed outta redepositing money to bring my account out of the negative after the first fake chargeback they told me that happened. And now that I have proof i was never refunded over 60 days later and told them they are flat out caught stealing from their customers and lying about money being refunded , suddenly they are so sorry and couldn’t believe how something like this has happened.
They needed my cell phone to get ahold of me immediately to fix everything , (keep in mind they have my cell on file already ) regardless I still emailed it to them and almost two weeks later and several emails asking them where their call is and why I haven’t heard from them I haven’t gotten one response. I want the money that they stole from my account and refunded for the chargebacks that were never issued and my account reactivated, they have it disabled still even after admitting they were the ones at fault.
This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced they literally stole money from me lied about why it was happening and when the funds would be returned and then literally attempted to do the same exact thing again the next month to the exact day down to the exact minute I received the same exact email about another chargeback.
