Bovada Casino - Extra fees applied to my card

I have made $1000 in total deposits. My first was for $100 which was not supposed to have a fee at all being my first deposit. I was charged $100.54. I then deposited $100 two more times. They should of each been charged $105.90 because of the 5.9% fee. I was charged $111.94 on each of those. I then deposited $200. I should of been charged $211.80. I was charged $223.87. The last deposit was for $500. I should of been charged $529.50. I was charged $559.68. For my deposits I should of been charged $1053.10 because the first deposit is fee free. $900x 5.9%=$53.10. I was charged 1107.97. Support was no help telling me that it came from my card company. My card does not have any foreign transaction fees and I confirmed that with my bank. I deserve to be reimbursed for the extra fees that were accessed. There is no other place that they could of came from other than Bovada seeing as I have contacted my card company and they have confirmed the extra fees were not from them. I would greatly appreciate a Bovada representative resolving this issue asap.

I was never contacted by Bovada regarding this matter like they said they would. Instead I have been trying to send in verification over and over to unlock my account that they disabled after I tried to withdraw some of the money I won. I’ve sent in the same verification documents that they requested multiple times and they keep beating around the bush and not fixing the problem. I don’t feel this is fair. Every time I call to speak to someone I’m told that it takes 24-48 hours to verify the documents. Once the 48 hours gets close I’m met with an email that says they need me to send in pretty much the exact same verification (picture of myself holding my ID) . I’ve sent it twice along with just a photo of myself, photo of my ID and proof of address hoping to speed up the process. Ive been very cooperative with them and nothing is getting done. That in my opinion is bad customer service. Please fix this Bovada.
