My account has been disabled for over 10 days now. I was asked to send in proof of address and I sent it in immediately after they asked, then didn't hear anything for a week. After sending it in 5 different times and different forms of proof of address to make sure they got it all I heard a week later was we received your documents. Originally they told me this should take 24-48 hours. The communication has been very poor and should not take this long. I have a good amount of money locked up on there and I can't login to my account. I have no idea what I have done wrong, I've verified my account in the past as well.
