I am going on over a month now with a disabled account after at least ten times contacting by phone email and chat to no avail the the time frame given was 24 to 48 hours but what a joke i was told i am in line but this line has to be miles long i am contacting you guys to see if i could get this process moved any faster

This complaint has been reopened as per Bovada Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
