Disabled my account after requesting payout
I have been playing on Bovada since Jan of 2022 and it has been a pretty good experience until May. I had made numerous deposits and withdraws via crypto without any issues. Sadly much more deposits than withdrawals but still I had no complaints cause I was having fun and enjoying myself.
Then May rolls around and I reported an issue to Bovada’s customer service that I was kicked out mid bonus spin on one of their slots that I was playing. After I reported this incident the live chat representative said that it will take about 24-48hrs for them to review and get back to me. A few days later after I reported the incident my account became “temporarily disabled” for what Bovada claims that someone might be trying to hack into my account.
They then requested verification documentation of which I sent immediately to them. Then I get no response for over 2 months while I constantly emailed them for updates.
Just a little 2 months go by and then they finally replied that my account was fully verified and that it has been reenabled. Still no answer on the initial bonus question I had, which is fine but seemed a little odd.
Now after my account has been reactivated I played only twice, once from a deposit I made via btc and another from a bonus that I received by referring a friend of my son’s. This is the first person that I referred that actually deposited money and the bonus was small it was about $140 I think and I ended up hitting a mini slot jackpot for over $5000. I initiated a withdraw and then all of a sudden I get kicked out my account and It becomes temporarily disabled again. I also received an email from their investigations team saying that my account is being reviewed. I am in shock at this point as didn’t I just go through this for 2 months with them and I’ve lost more than 10times $5k on your site and have withdraw over $5k a few times so I am speechless at this point.
Anyways my account was disabled on the morning of Friday 7/15 it’s been 6 days now without any update from their review team and I have not received any answers from my emails or the online chat agents or supervisors that I have spoken with. They all assure me that my funds are safe and just to wait until I get an email from them. I think I have done enough waiting from May to July.
I took screenshots of the conversations with the online chat agents and I have the emails from before as well of which I will upload. I see that you guys have a good track record online so any help will be greatly appreciated!
