I made my account in October 31st 2023 and I have verified my account with my driver license. I have deposited thousands of dollars and withdraw a few times and this last time I submited a withdrawal on Feb 10th 2024 I got declined and then when I went to live chat I got disabled.
They claimed out of no where I have a duplicate account but I tried explaining I do not. They gave me a bogus email that isn’t even mine. My account is verified with my driver license so how would that even be possible? They won’t even let me dispute the resolution. They did an investigation within an hour or something.
Please help me Askgamblers. I even asked at least let me withdraw my balance and they said they seized it all even though the email doesn’t say that. They won’t even reopen the dispute or anything. I asked to look into this other email that isn’t mine and they won’t they just keep repeating the same automated message.
