I apologize in advance if my complaint went through twice after hitting submit it froze on me. On 8/8/23 i deposited 100 dollars on Bovada after playing for around 4 hours(maybe longer unsure) i hit 4 big wins 420 on Gemhalla 76 on reels and wheels XL 41.25 on bonanza billion and 185 on wild cash 999 after getting off and attempting to withdraw 500 dollars I went to bed to wake up to an email saying my account was disabled and I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. It is currently 8/12/23 with no contact in my account.
On 8/9/23 I received an email saying my withdrawal was processed but after waiting I never received the funds i have screenshots of everything including the wins the withdrawal and the emails sent and received from Bovada.
