On 9.2.22 I requested a withdrawal of 1200. I was having issues with my bitcoin address and contacted customer service, they advised me to get a new bitcoin wallet. I have screen shots. I got Coinbase and requested the withdrawal. The next day my account was disabled and now I have an email dated 3.9.22 declining my withdrawal. I have reached out to customer service numerous times with no help or answers. My information has been verified and I have done nothing wrong. I have accounts with Slots LV and Americas Card Room with NO issues ever. I would like my account enabled and my withdrawal honored.

Nope… I have NEVER received an email to my personal email address. I did however get a message on my BOVADA account that gives a generic reply as to why the money was taken. Never has anyone explained why I breached their terms…. BECAUSE I DID’T!!!! It is what is is. Everything happens for a reason and seeing that BOVADA does this to a lot of people, Karma will catch up with them. Keep my $1200 since your so hard up for it.
