I am very disappointed with Bovada. After creating an account and turning a few hundred dollars into five thousand, I requested a withdrawal in BTC. The next morning, I received an email stating that my account was disabled until I provided documentation to verify my identity. I submitted the required documents, but a week has passed, and I still haven't received my funds. I've contacted Bovada to express the urgency of my situation, but as a single mother of three, I cannot afford to miss out on my hard-earned money. I am considering pursuing legal action against Bovada if my account isn't resolved soon.

It has been over two weeks now. I have reached out to Bovada over 50 times in reference to this issue. Each time they tell me to be patient and they will be in contact. I told them that I needed the funds to pay my bill and take care of my responsibilities. They do not care about there customers . I also haven’t received any follow up emails from the investigation team. This Casino needs to be investigated and shut down. I see nothing but complaints about bovada fraudulently keeping players hard earned money .

I feel like you don't care about my personal life at all. I've seen countless complaints about Bovada on this site, and if you want to be a leading casino in the industry, you really need to improve your customer service. It's unacceptable for you to freeze a customer's account for weeks. Every update I receive just tells me that my account is still being verified and to be patient. I'm tired of being patient with Bovada. I'm ready to end this gambling relationship as soon as I get my funds. This situation is not acceptable, and Bovada doesn’t know how to treat their customers.
