Disabled account on Bovada

First I would like to thank AG for giving me this opportunity to perhaps getting my issue resolved.
So at the beginning of the year, I was recommended by a friend of Bovada for their poker tourneys and slot games. I looked at the site and loved the layout and games they offered. Anyways, I created an account and had no problem depositing. In the last three months I've had probably in the range of 30-40 deposits and never had an issue. I was losing everything but I didn't care because I enjoyed the site and loved all the games.
On my last deposit, I actually started to win a little bit of money. I ran my account to around $900, not much but hey anything during these is alot. With that being said, I requested a voucher, not even a withdrawal, to do a trade on the forums with another user that was set-up. The voucher was taking a while to get approved, which is fine, I understand service is slow at the moment so i went to sleep. The next day when I wake up and try to log in, I get a message saying my account is disable "
Your account has been disabled because it has come to our attention that there are other accounts using information similar to yours. In order for us to verify each account's individuality we require that you submit a piece of government issued identification and a proof of address. At your convenience"
Of course I was confused and shock but went to the forums to ask for a mods help, which he informed me this is standard policly and I just need to send my documents to Bovadas verify support.
I gather all the info they requested in the email and sent it out. After a day, I got a reply from them saying thank you for submitting my docs and they would get back to me within 24-48s. I waited two days and didn't hear anything back from them. I wrote them multiple emails and finally got an email back saying which number is ok to set up a call back. I told them the phone number on file.
Days go by and still nothing. My emails dont get replied to other than the generic email, you can't call them because their lines are down, and you get get into live chat because my account is disabled. I can't believe this is happening, it seems so shady. I wish I would of done my reserch before depositing into Bovada, they have no problem with taking your deposit without verifying your account but when you ask for a withdrawal or a voucher they shutdown your account without notice.
I would recommend any person that hasn't opened an account with Bovada to think twice before. Make sure you are verified before you deposit even a penny, so later on you don't run into these issues. Looks like they do this to a lot of people, just do a google search and you'll see for yourself. This seems like a ploy and scheme for their company to confiscate funds from players and there is nothing when can do.
It's a shame. I really liked their slots, poker room, and wagers. But weeks without any contact from them is a disservice to me and all the other players going through the same thing as me.
I really hope they'll be able to verify my account and let me enjoy their website, they have all my doc's and more.
