I received emails two week ago about chargebacks, my account was disabled. I called my banking provider to overturn these chargebacks. I have been trying to connect with customer service since then, I have tried email and live chat.
Live chat representative told me on January 17th 2023 I would get a call back in 24-48 hours, still no call back.
I went to the live chat AGAIN for the 100th time and finally got through then I was told I was being transferred to a supervisor to resolve. I waited in queue for 90 minutes to then be disconnected.
Your customer service is poor in handling such urgent matters, difficulty to reach and you do not connect or follow up to resolve issues. I have a $7k balance in my account and I am wondering if I would get answers or updates faster if it was at $0.
I need someone to contact me as soon as possible because this is unacceptable! I have spend thousands of dollars on this site to be treated like this is terrible.
