On February 27, 2024, I, <full name removed>, won $20,000.00 at Bovada Casino. After my big win, Bovada sent me an email stating that they needed to verify my identity. I then promptly sent a photo of my ID, front and back, and proof of address.
I was informed to wait until the investigation team completed my ID verification process. I had emailed them back multiple times with no response.
It is now been over a month and I have yet to receive any response.
I have tried calling Bovado, however, every time I call, they give me the same generic response that I must wait for the investigation team to finish their process.
Initially, I was told the investigation process would take 48 hours max. It has been over one month without any communication.
Please advise! I am willing to get a lawyer to get my issue resolved. Are utilize their app and follow their guidelines and I’m yet to receive my winnings according to their rules and regulations.
I will be more than happy to provide documentation of my winnings, my email sent to them, and any other information that is needed.
