Hey I have verified all the documents you asked for, saying my account is under investigation, my account has been disabled since 7/21/2023, today is 8/9/2023 at this point I feel like someone has stolen my funds & fraudulent activities have taken place. When I call bovada customer service and input my phone # tied to my account it says something pertaining to covid 19, So I can't speak with anyone, then I also have tried your live chat serval times they tell me the same thing contacted via email. My account email is < email removed >, when I was kicked out of my account I had live bets pending I don't even know if I won or lost. I would just like to withdraw my available funds. Thanks
