On 7/5/23 I had just won a table tennis match that put my account around $1700. I watched the score at the end of match and went back to Bovada to see winnings and it had logged me out.
I attempted to log back in and it would not allow it saying “account has been disabled please contact customer service”. I did and was told my account was under review and I should see it back within 24-48 hours. It is well past that time now and I have made multiple attempts to find out additional information.
I have been told I would receive an e-mail but I am unable to get into that email at this point (many years old and forgot password). I have informed them in email and via customer service about this but have yet to receive anything.
