Denied Withdrawal and Disabled Account
I have used Bovada for years and sunk tens of thousands, if not over 100k, into my account since COVID first hit US.
Bovada has also approved several large withdrawals in my favor during this time, including several $3,000 checks, as well as bitcoin transfers, some of which exceeded $3,000.
Most recently, I deposited $1,100 into Bovada over 24 hours via bitcoin. Upon attempting to withdraw only $520 from my balance via bitcoin, bovada (after over 12 hours) sent 2 emails deny my withdrawal request and indicating that my account had been disabled without explanation. I received an email instructing me to contact customer service; since Bovada hasn't had live agents by phone since 2020, I did attempted to contact Bovada by email.
Several hours later, i was told to submit photos of government IDs the verification@bovada.lv email despite having gone through the verification process many years ago when I first opened my account. Although I should have received confirmation of my verification in 24 hours, Bovada has failed to do so despite several days having past. Their customer service on email and live chat have also failed to substantively respond to my many emails and messages.
My account is still "disabled" and Bovada remains in custody of account balance. I have provided all requested information and Bovada should re-enable my account access and ensure that I am able to withdraw money without delay, as it previously did many times before.
