My account was disabled and I was asked to verify. I sent them the required document since Nov 12 but didnt get any réponse, so I called them and I was told that Im good to go yet it has been over a month and my account is still disabled. Tried calling them 4 5 more times but the operators keep hanging up on me. I have been playing on bovada for years. Please help speed this process along.

Thanks for the response. In fact I already called several times but never got transferred to the Account department.I always get a hang up and it really frustrating.
