They requested verification documents, including a copy of my government-issued ID (front and back), a selfie holding the ID, and proof of address dated within the last 60 days.
I promptly submitted all the required documents in clear JPEG/PDF format to verification@bovada.lv as instructed. According to their guidelines, this process should take 24-48 hours. With no update or response, despite follow-ups via email and live chat.
My account remains locked, and I have no access to my balance or winnings. This delay feels unnecessary and is causing significant frustration, especially since I’ve complied with all requests.

Since my initial complaint there has been no resolution, and the situation has only worsened with more delays and inconsistent and lack of clarity and communication. My account remains locked since January 11th 2026, preventing access to my funds.
Key updates:
• January 29th: Bovada requested an updated proof of address, claiming the previous one (submitted January 11th) was outdated which weren’t but I resubmitted a full-page recent utility bill and bank statements the same day.
• February 4: Received a generic response stating the account is “under review” with no timeline or details.
• No further communication despite follow-ups via email and chat, where support continues to promise updates but delivers none.
This process feels like endless stalling, especially after wins. I’ve complied with every request, yet the review drags on. AskGamblers, please reopen this case and mediate for a swift resolution, including account unlock and fund access.
