I am a very active Bovada Player(hall of fame member) and had great experiences with withdraws for years. In the meantime, I’ve lost a lot of money at Bovada, but I've been using it without any problems. I requested a $4800 withdraw through Bitcoin (Because that is a most faster way) 9/11/18. and the withdraw has not been approved until now. The e-mail noted and I know the request would be reviewed within 24 - 48 hours for approval. As of today(September 16th), 120 hours after requesting the withdraw, the request is still awaiting approval. I chatted/emailed and called customer service many times. I just kept hearing the same answer from them that withdraw request was still under review and it would be accepted soon. And about 8 hours ago, I received an email from FinancialServic[email protected]bovada.lv instead of Customer Service(Service@bovada.lv) and I noticed my account was disabled. I called them on the phone, the reason why my account was suspended that I was in a location where I was not currently servicing area. I have been in S.Korea from 9/14 for a vacation. Actually, I've been Korea on business trips and vacations many times, but I've never been like this. Anyway, I can understand this part and hope to believe that when I return to the U.S. soon, they will reactivate my account with the correct balance. (If $4800 is withdrawn, the balance of $4000 remains in my account.) Becoming concerned about why the withdraw is being delayed. (I can't even log in now.) I am using this forum after many e-mails and conflicting information being provided in hopes that this can be resolved in a trust-building way without unnecessary additional internal processing delays.
