Have been a long time player at Bovada. Submitted withdrawal request on 12/17 for $5500, I have had instances in the past where the review has exceeded their stated "approximate" time frame of 24-48 hours. Not a big deal.
This time though I have had multiple chats with their reps and am getting the same standard reply...review times are approximate and that I should please check back later for an update.
Well...6 days later and the last chat rep stated there is no time table available for my request...Not very professional.

Further update...
Day 7 Chat with rep. Was told I;m in the final stage of review...what in the world does that mean.
Then received email fro customer service...as follows.

After reviewing your account, your withdraw request is still under review by our team. Unfortunately there is no approximate timeframe and this can take long since we received lot's of requests for payouts. All withdrawals are processed accordingly to the order they have been received. Unfortunately we can't expedite this withdraw.
We appreciate your patience and kindly ask you to keep on monitoring account for updates.
We're available to help 24/7 if you need anything else.
