Bovada Casino - Delayed payment, making up excuses

I requested a withdrawal on November 19th we are now at December 11th I have contacted customer service and have been patient.... tonight I called and I was irate I got an email from them a couple of days ago saying that now it was going to be two weeks later because of the holidays
. the holiday shouldn't affect me because again I requested withdrawal on November 19th the amount of $2,900... all is they want to do is give me excuses their customer service is obviously trained in saying certain things because they're actually denying that they ever sent me an email saying that it was going to be two weeks later... the email that said that my $2,900 was approved is the same email I got from them one week later saying that it was going to be now two weeks worth of business days later!!!!
I just want my money and I just want to be done with Bovada.... i've owned plenty of businesses and when I used to get paid by overseas they would give you a tracking number and they would give you a date of when you were going to be paid!!!!
Bovada absolutely refuses to do that !!!!!!!
I am in such fear right now that I will never get this money from them!!!!!!!!!
what an absolute scam of a casino they are and their customer service is an absolute zero!!!!!!!
Someone please HELP!!!!!!

Yes received the check on Monday thank you for the help!!!
now we just have to see if the check clears...fingers crossed!!!
