I submitted a request for a payout from Bovada for $1,680 on 12/15. It has been 5 days now and customer service keeps giving me the run around. My withdrawal is still under review. I have been with them for 4 years and never had issues until the last 2 months. They claim that withdrawals take 24-48 hours and process in order in which they are received. I submitted mine on 12/15, my buddy submitted his the morning of 12/18 and just received his payment and yet I have not. Which is why I’m writing this. Bovada customer service says there are no issues with my account and to just be patient. NO. I am done being patient.
