Hello,
Bovada sportsbook required automatic verification on my account. I tried submitting it but the process glitched when doing the face verification part of the process, therefore Bovada asked me to send in documents via email for manual verification.
I sent in all documents by January 10 and received an email January 11 (see attachment) from Bovada confirming they received all documents. I have not heard from them and it has now been two weeks.
I would just like them to please review my identity verification documents so I can access my account.
