Cheating me out of my $3,200
I deposited 200 into my Bovada account. I had an itch to play some poker and blackjack. I was playing both and went on a heater in blackjack. I was up 3400. I never won like that before so I asked for a 3200 payout so I could leave 200 in my account to play some more. They told me it would take up to 48 hrs to confirm. I did get the confirmation email and I selected check by courier. I got this email back. "Hi Timothy,
Thanks for your reply.
We appreciate your quick response.
We've now processed your withdrawal via Check by Courier.
Your withdrawal request for $3200 was split into multiple increments as we allow a maximum of $3000 per transaction via this method. Requests over our maximum amount are processed once every 7 days.
Once your tracking number is available, it'll be sent to your account messages. "
Needless to say i was pretty stoked. Well that turned to despair the next day. I went to log in and all of the sudden I couldnt log in. So I call them up and ask why. First i was told there was no account linked to my email. I then tell them about the emails i have and i gave them the reference number. Then there story changes and they say i cancelled my withdrawal and changed my email. This is an absolute lie. On top of that, I was told that they redeposited my funds and i lost all of my money playing "crazy 8s". I never played that a day in my life. This isn't right. I heard online casinos were shady but Bovada was around for a long time. Surely they wouldnt do this over $3200. I feel like this is either a scam from their own employees or I was hacked. But the timing of this hack is pretty suspicious. Please someone help correct this atrocity. Its called gambling for a reason. Sometimes you win, many more you lose. I finally won once. Please just pay me what is rightfully mine. I was also told the fraud team would call me. They never called me yet and the person i talked to said they were the supervisor and wouldnt transfer me to somone higher.
