Yesterday, my bovada account was permanently disabled because of an email I sent them 2 months ago saying I wanted all casino games on my account disabled because I had a "gambling problem with casino games", however, I still wanted Poker activated on my account.
They disabled all casino games that same day and left poker available. Then 2 months later this last morning they randomly permanently disable my account from everything and tell me they won't be reopening my account because I said I have a gambling problem.
I had nearly $300 on my Boavada account when they closed it and now they won't give me a chance to withdrawl my money/reopen my account. This is unbelievable.

Currently, an investigation has been done and the final decision has been made to permanently disabled the account. The remaining funds currently available in your account will be issued back to you in a Withdrawal method of which you choose, in order to action this you will need to reach out to our customer support team and ask to be transferred to our Financial Services team.
