Casino refuses to allow me to verify my account
I signed up on Bovada on Sunday. I requested my first withdraw that evening. I was paid the next day but also received some strange emails saying I had to verify my account in order to withdraw (which was weird because I had already successfully withdrawn).
I logged onto my account to verify my identity. There is a link that says "verify now" that I clicked on and submitted pictures of my ID front and back and a selfie. I received two emails shortly after this saying I had not completed the verification. I then went back into my account to try again but the "verify now" link does not work anymore. When I click on it it just says "unable to verify identity we will email you instructions" and they never did email me instructions.
About 2 days went by and I emailed the verification team asking for clarification on how I can verify my account, no response. I then tried to just send in my documents by email to the verification department, no response. I cannot withdraw the remaining funds in my account, when I attempt to it says "you must verify your identity in order to withdraw" but I have no way of doing that!!! The verification team will not even respond to me I have now submitted my verification documents twice.
I have contacted live chat twice and they both have told me I should've been cleared by now and they are not sure what is going on. My money is stuck, this has been an extremely frustrating process.
