Cashback promotion
So I've been with bovada for quite some time and i am an allstar level 2 player. So anyone familiar with the bovada reward system will know I have a better then average understanding of how this casino operates especially with the cashback bonus, which having never withdrawn, I use on a regular basis. I am simply a recreational player who enjoys playing poker and slots on my free time after work. It helps for a little relax time from my job, wife and four kids. And I wish I could say "but recently bovada has been..." but to be perfectly honest with everyone at this site, (whether it be an employee or owner of this site or another player like myself) bovada has really never been a great casino for me starting with their live chat. They really never help and it's almost as if they do not even read whatever it is that I'm asking because their answers, more often then not never pertain to my questions or they seem to beat around the bush, so to speak. And without going into complaints of the past I will only tell of my current issue with bovada.
So my complaint today is about the cashback program which unfortunately bovada seems to have trouble with. And I do not see and/or am never told honestly why there is a holdup on crediting my account with my cashback funds. So I case there are people unfamiliar with this bonus it is supposed to be as follows: any daily casino losses from deposits made to bovada will be credited a certain % of cashback based on the players account level. And the cutoff time everyday is 12 midnight eastern time. So according to bovada as long as at 12et you have $10 or less you will be credited with cashback the following day from 9am to 5pm et. At least those are the rules made by bovada. But I personally, can tell of an extremely different experience than what is promoted. And I currently, and this is not the first time, have not been given my cashback from deposits made on Friday the 1st of november and now Saturday the 2nd of November. And have been in contact with the live chat since Saturday well before 5pm et. so that I did not miss my cashback from deposits made the day before because usually when things go smoothly I receive my cashback around 1pm-2pm et. So when it dosen't reach my account by then I know something is up and like previous times in the past I try to go to live chat and inform them my cashback has not arrived, and 100% of the time including my current complaint am always told cashback is not given out until 5pm et. Which is not the case because I have never been credited at 5pm et. It is always much earlier for me personally from 1pm-2pm et. But it seems the agents never learn because 100% of the time I try to inform them, it has never worked meaning I have never received my cashback on the day it should have been given. It's almost as they hope you are unfamiliar with how it works so they tell you cashback is given out at 5pm et. So when you come back after 5pm et. they can tell you that the department that does the cashback is unavailable and they will escalate your issue to the department and that you should periodically check your account for a response from them and it will take 48hrs. This is what I have been told numerous times. but realistically 48hrs is worse then just waiting for the next day because then you will only have your cashback funds delayed for an extra day. And that is what usually will happen. You will be waiting for a response from the department that handles the cashback and instead the cashback funds will be in your account just a day late. But this time I've had enough because as I stated earlier I went to live chat knowing from the past that I wasn't going to get the cashback to try to see if they could do something about it, and was told, and this was the first time, that they had contacted someone from the department and that my cashback would be in my account within 24hrs. So I just figured ok wait the 24hrs extra like always and suck it up. But now the next day which is today Sunday the 3rd I notice it is getting passed the time the cashback usually arrives in my account. So I go to live chat and now am told they will escalate the situation so wait 48hrs for a response. And I am now pissed off and tell whoever I'm speaking with "what about yesterday I was told it would be on my account within 24hrs" and they tell me basically that the agent should not have told me that. And I have been writing this well beyond 5pm et. And see that my cashback has still not been issued. And I hope whoever reads this that occasionally bovada has what they call maintenance and cashback will not be given out for a couple days. It always is posted on the site home. Everything I am speaking of is not when they have scheduled maintenance. Honestly I am sick and fed up with bovada claiming to be a reputable casino because they are not. Unless you think jerking some guys leg, that guy being a loyal customer who has deposited literally thousands of dollars without a single withdrawal and not a single no deposit bonus. Not one. And they beat around the bush for in this case $8 to $10 usd. What they have done and have been doing to me is nothing short of an embarrassment. And I am honestly not trying to slander bovada but it really seems as if they do not have the funds available to give me. It really does. And the reason I say that is I have noticed when my cashback is less than $5 usd. It comes as expected. But when it happens to be around or above $10 usd. I have these problems. There are dozens of other online casinos that take way better care of there loyal depositors than bovada and as a matter of fact bovada has probably the worst promotions out of all casinos. As long as I have been there there has never been a no deposit bonus or any type of comp for when they make a mistake. Nothing someone please help give justice to me and/or anyone else going through this problem.
