Bovada has restricted my account despite me sending the requested proof of identity and residency. It has been 10 days since I have made a withdrawal. I have no access to my account to be able to manage anything and customer service keeps telling me it’s still under investigation despite the investigation timeframe being 24-48hours. I want to know why this is taking so long and why this security check was not issued when making a deposit but instead only when a withdrawal was placed… seems unethical.
