I had an old phone number on bovada that I no longer have access to. I tried to withdraw money but I couldn't due to my old number being on the account. I tried to change and update my phone number to my new number and they disabled my account. I sent in the documentation they asked for and received an email stating they received my documentation. On the website it says it takes 24 to 48 hours to verify identification yet it's been over 3 days. I keep seeing other people having problems with verification for weeks without a response. I reached out to a live agent and they say to be patient. I don't know what else to do. Please help.
