Been with Bovada for over 3 years. Always good. But recently I deposited 1700$ back in June via Matchpay Bovada seized it.
Received an email stating I needed to verify my identity and submitted the documents.
How much longer am I going to have to wait to be verified?! It shouldn’t take this long at all! Since June 16 it’s almost 2 months now. I sent everything they asked me even Utility bill they ask. This is unacceptable. Bovada need to check their workers I don’t think they doing their job. I chat with over 100 agents nothing. Please help me Bovada. Thank you Kindly
