Bovada keep 2 deposits

This is my last email sent to BOVADA ONLINE CASINO. (WITH NOTHING MORE Then HEADACHE )

First off I'd like to say I really loved playing st Bovada,and I was loyal customer. I have some decent wins and I've had my share of loses but thats gambling taking a chance to win or lose. I play at Bovada & Betonline but before what happened I preferred Bovada.with that being said,I made 2 Bitcoin deposits , you never had a minimum and I made a deposit 1st one never even appeared spoke with a rep chat and to make a long story short gave me my deposit in a bonus.so I cant even use it,unless I make another deposit and I did,never showed up next agent said he seen it and I had to wait 24 hrs ..Every deposit I've ever made has gone in within ten minutes and withdraws have taken up to 24 hrs but this is all new first time having problems.I tried several times to remedy the problem and getting no where.chat reps click off people telling me i sent to wrong address,I have the blockchain transcript,I have all my transactions to bovada all of them.Nowthis is my last time Im being told to ask and be courteous for this to be remedied will you put both my deposits in my account so i can use my money as before this mess or send both my last 2 deposits back bitcoin and I can be done with this.Im not just going to except whatever this is or why this is but its not right and if you have a minimum you shouldn't even except my deposits to begin with correct but i sent $62 and and $70 the $70 hasn't been posted period where is that? Im tracking these deposits tonight to your account if it takes all night but i have screen recorder and im going to apply that to my FTC report and many others .I just want one of two my money in my account or returned if you need anything from me Ill help you anyway I can..Thanks again just asking you to make it right...I know I sent it to the right place..look at all my deposits then my last 2 I got screwed over,,,

Is lying , what happened is in my complaint they have been saying this BS from the start ..I made deposits 2 my last the same as I always have I have a Blockchain Transcript 66 Deposits all the same threw cash app Bitcoin.I clicked on the same link I did 64 times before...If your a gambler gambling,,,you follow routine thats Gambling!! Im a big poker player too lived in Vegas sat with Barry Greenstein , phill Ivey ,Sammy ,Gus ,and Barry's wife.Thats strategy with some gamble...playing online at Bovada I liked till now ,this is what happened..clicked and copied same link as always sent threw cash app bitcoin ,,I talked to them as well said same thing went to the same as usual the 2 bitcoin receipts and transcript match...if I have to go farther I can find out the name behind the withdraw...they raised there minimum ok ..i sent Bitcoin where it always goes made a deposit earlier in that same day went threw no problem ,so im in routine at bovada and betonline..same as always betonline no problem... routine..now bovada is trying to say I did it twice in a row first time they gave me my deposit in a bonus that i cant use ..why would u do that?????then they said if i made a deposit of at least $10 they would release my bonus and I could play but it had to rollover 1X first of all I never play bonuses it screws up withdraws and they have so many rules changes day to day...ok BUT I MADE A Second DEPOSIT OF $70 WANTING MY MONEY ...THIS TIME NOTHING !!!Chat rep said I had to wait 24 hrs.. ???WTG!!!NOW THEY DONT HAVE IT BULL SHT THESE GUYS ARE STRAIGHT UP LYING..HAVE BEEN SINCE THEY RIPPED ME OFF!!!!

Bovada Account Disabled and Verification Pending for Over 10 Days With No Updates
My Bovada account was disabled on May 20, 2026.

Shortly after my account was disabled, I received a verification request from Bovada. As soon as I received the email, I submitted all requested documents, including:

1. Front and back copies of my government issued ID
2. A photo of myself holding my ID next to my face
3. A full page proof of address document dated within the last 60 days

I submitted all of these documents immediately and have fully cooperated with the verification process.

It has now been more than 10 days since I submitted the requested documents, and I have not received any update regarding the status of my verification or my account. I have contacted Bovada for an update, but I have not received any meaningful information about when the review will be completed.

In addition, there is approximately $11,000 currently in my account balance. Because of the significant amount of funds being held while the verification review remains pending, I am increasingly concerned about the lack of communication and the extended delay.

I would also like to clarify that the address on my Bovada account matches the address shown on the internet bill I submitted as proof of address. However, the address on my driver's license is different, as it has not yet been updated. Despite this, I provided all requested documentation immediately and have fully cooperated with the verification process.

I understand that verification reviews may take some time. However, I believe that more than 10 days without any update is unreasonable, especially considering that all requested documents were submitted immediately.

I am requesting that Bovada provide an update on the status of my verification review and, if everything has been successfully verified, restore access to my account as soon as possible.

Hello,

I wrote this formal complaint on 3-15-26 after escalating over $3,000 of confiscated funds taken away from my account respectfully and was told by Bovada's dispute complaint department a response would be had no later than 10 business days, yet here we are roughly 90 days later and to no avail/no response period! This despite several attempts to resolve 5-30-26.

Formal Dispute of Refer-a-Friend Confiscation

To Whom It May Concern,

I am formally disputing the confiscation of over $3,000 from my Bovada account related to an alleged Refer-a-Friend violation. But no specific clause or term has been identified.

My referral is a legitimate, separate individual who does not live with me and has never used the same device, or Wi-Fi network.

Despite requesting clarification, Bovada has not identified the specific clause in the Terms of Service or Refer-a-Friend program that was allegedly violated.

Please provide the following:

The exact section of the Terms & Conditions that was violated

The evidence used to determine this violation


The justification for confiscating both my winnings and my referral deposit

If no specific contractual violation can be identified, I respectfully request that my funds be reinstated immediately.Winnings and my original referral deposit. Or please escalate to your investigations department for formal review. Lastly

If necessary, I will escalate this matter through formal dispute channels and public complaint services if to no avail.
