I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a response to my account being momentarily disabled. I keep checking in and they say that the investigation has not been concluded, However, they have sent me 300 dollars back worth in deposits after declining my withdrawal. And emailed and contacted the numbers of the account in question. The accounts have sent them their ID verification because I've read that is usually why they conclude against the other accounts in the past. I have emailed them and contacted customer service multiple times.
