I have used Bovada for over 3 years now and have never had any issues whatsoever. That’s the only reason why I used them for so long. Quick and fast.
I recently won $1300 and have not been able to withdraw my money.
The sms confirmation code never arrives after they say multiple times “they can confirm on their end it has been sent” but when I ask for proof they say they “can’t provide that info”.
The live chat agent gave me over 5 remedies for this such as resetting my phone and I did everything. Have not had success.
They told me don’t worry about my funds because they are safe, also mentioned that in 24-48 hours it would be resolved and I would be contacted via “email or chat” . It has been over that timeframe and nothing has been fixed.
I have all the screenshots to prove what they told me as well. I need this issue resolved Bovada. Thank you so much Askgambler for this opportunity.
