I recently joined Bovada and I deposited using btc. I got the 125% bonus and started betting. After I met the roll over requirements I had 13k available to withdraw.
After I processed the withdrawal I got an email saying my account was disabled and I had to verify it.
I did this almost immediately after which they told me to send my passport and image of me which I did too.
It’s been 4 days now and no response from them. Whenever I chat with a representative they just tell me to wait 24-48hrs and it’s been 4 days! I just want my money.
