I am creating this complaint with anger & frustration with the management/team of bovada’s verification process. I had created an Account the beginning of this year & started having consecutive win after win. I woke up one morning to my account being disabled??? I then emailed the verification team all of the documents that had been requested which were accepted. It has now been well over a month of my account was disabled, To me personally it does not take over a month to verify one’s identity. They were quick to take my money no questions asked but until I started to win they wanted to all of a sudden disable my account. I have over 4k in winnings stuck in that account. I just want my account back with my money I earned by winning. This company has given me the same answer the past month each time I get on chat, "there is nothing we can do” how is that so?? Isn’t this your company? Aren’t you supposed to be helpful & useful to customers ?? This has just gotten out of control and I am beyond frustrated. GIVE ME MY ACCOUNT BACK.
