Been since January 5 since account was disabled. Keep reaching out till recently got a response saying still under review, like cmon over a month and still under review first time winning big and this is what happens. They say 24-48 hours I just needed to take the money for a emergency but no money just yet. Really disappointing specially because when you think you finally have a break from losing they lock ur funds up. Tried talking to the chat but no help at all always got the same old response that they can’t give you a time frame. Send all the stuff they asked for and still no answer.
