Requested for a withdrawal on Feb 14th. Immediately I was told to submit my id and utility bill and the account was disabled. I emailed the same day. I got a response saying they need a utility bill to finish my verification since I gave my internet bill earlier. Also submitted that. This was the last update I got.

It's been almost 3 weeks with no response, I try to call them but cannot reach them, I try to contact them via chat and everyone says to wait. It's been crazy, I'm not sure what's taking this long for verification. So wanted to try here to see I can get some attention.
