The Problem:
I deposited over $2,000 of my own money and won $6,070 through legitimate wagers on Bovada's platform. When I attempted to withdraw my winnings, my account was disabled and I was asked to complete KYC verification.
Despite my full cooperation and timely submission of all requested documents on January 21, 2026, Bovada has gone completely silent. I have received no updates, no requests for additional information, and no timeline for when my account will be reviewed or my withdrawal processed.

An update regarding the status of your account was communicated via email on February 23, 2026. In that correspondence, our team confirmed the decision to permanently disable your account following an extensive review of your account activity.
The email also outlined violations of multiple Terms of Service (Sections 3.6, 6.2, 6.7, and 6.8), which ultimately led to this decision. As a result, the remaining cash balance on the account has been forfeited.
We understand that this outcome may be disappointing. However, please note that compliance with our platform’s Terms of Service is essential to maintaining account access and avoiding such actions. This decision was made after careful consideration of all relevant evidence and is final.
