My account was disabled on 12/2/2022 after requesting a withdrawal on 12/1/2022 for $2400. I have been in contact with customer service via live chat, Twitter DM and 3 phone calls. Each time I’ve been told it would take 24-48 hours from the day I received that email. It’s been 5 days and I still have not received any update. I have been a Bovada customer for nearly 10 years without any issues depositing or withdrawing.
Please help. I don’t want to lose my funds and I don’t want to lose my account.
