Bovada Account Disabled after verification complete

I'm filing this complaint against Bovada because they disabled my account, and despite providing the requested documentation, they keep it locked.
I deposited a few times over the course of last few months. and never won anything, but recently got a balance up to roughly $4800 and tried to make a withdraw.
but my account on Jun 8 2026 got disabled. They asked for a set of documents for verification, which I provided 1st time that same day. But had to resubmit properly. after delays up to Jun 15. I received an automatic reply that they got my documents, and account is under review. Account has been disabled since Jun 8 and I’ve not able to login.

This is very shady. I hope this can be resolved.
And not take months like some cases. as I see so many cases like mine and people feeling unsatisfied or scammed.
