On August 25 I sent 1.195 bitcoin to Bovada.lv casino. It never showed up, I contacted them on August 28, they agreed to escalate it to their deposits team. Again on August 31st they'd "escalated" it. On Sept. 16th they assured me they were looking into it but didn't have a timeframe on when they'd resolve the issue. After that they stopped responding to emails.

The transaction from your Bitcoin Wallet to our Bitcoin Wallet takes approximately 15 minutes to arrive.
However, in this case, you have sent Bitcoin Cash (BCH) to our Bitcoin (BTC) wallet, which is not compatible. This is something designed by the blockchain and is not in our control to amend as we wish. To try and receive your lost funds, it takes multiple communication attempts with the wallet provider. We do our best to help our players and retrieve their incorrectly sent funds, but this is not a guarantee and does not have a timeframe as it's not something we can control.
We will provide an update if we have one from the relative department.

We do our best in attempting to retrieve your incorrectly sent crypto funds, in this case from BTC to BCH. This process does not have a timeframe as we work with the third parties which offer the wallet services.
