I requested a withdrawal 10 days ago. It was accepted and sent via Bitcoin. It is still sitting on the blockchain because the fee they picked was not even close to the minimum. I have reached out to them 3 times via email and multiple times via chat. In chat they send me the exact stuff I can pull up online and say here’s why. Yes I’m aware the fee is too low, I did not choose it. The email they finally replied to said they did their part and I will get my money at some point.
