Let me start this by saying I have been a long time Bovada user and have had zero issues in the past with them. I’ve made over probably 50 bitcoin deposits and have never had any issue. Yesterday I made a bitcoin cash deposit of $190 that was confirmed through my bitcoin wallet but never credited to my Bovada account. Naturally I was worried about this because I’ve never had any issues. I reached out to Bovada 3 times. The first time they responded by saying not to be worried they would process my withdrawal - although I was contacting for a deposit. The last two times they told me it would take time to process. I feel like this amount of time is no longer reasonable and that an error has occurred. I’m having a hard time getting any help from Bovada.

I replied to the email with the requested pictures the same day they asked. But nevertheless, I will send them again.
