Account was verified before my 1st deposit. Last month I withdrew 5k with no problem. This time I attempted a $6500 withdrawal and then lowered it to 4k. While waiting for my withdrawal I continued to play slots. I won approximately 11k. I have a total of 15k on this site. Nobody will tell me what I did wrong or when the investigation will be completed. A chat rep said most likely it is due to the large amount of money. He also stated the investigation would be completed in 24-48hrs. Now everyone is saying there is no time limit on an investigation. I would like some answers from Bovada.

Ok bovada claims I violated their refer a friend policy. Yet I didn’t refer anyone. However they did let me withdraw my winnings witch totaled $17,694.12. So I will consider this issue resolved once my second crypto withdrawal confirms
