My account has been temporarily disabled for the 2nd time in 4 months. It’s every time when I try to withdraw funds from my account via bitcoin. They want me to send in documents with the front and back of my ID, utility bill, and picture of me holding my ID to my face. They told me it takes 24-48 hours to get a response and it has been well over that time frame. I currently have over $6,000 in my account I would love to have withdrawn to pay my bills.

I have heard nothing back from Bovada and I don’t know how it takes over a week to verify someone’s identity. I’ve sent all the requested documents and my account is still disabled. The Super Bowl is coming up this weekend and I won’t even be able to place a ticket if it’s not resolved by then.

I’ve been messaging the chat, email, customer service etc and they keep telling me the same thing; wait until the investigation is done. But my thing is how does it take over a week to verify my account with my ID, and utility bill I sent. It’s obviously me

day 8: account still temporarily disabled. I keep trying to contact customer service and they keep telling me no update is available and wait for a email. this is very frustrating, ive seen multiple people going through the same thing.i've had this account for months, if not a year and this is my first time trying to withdraw and I automatically get disabled. I just want my account unlocked please!

I contact Bovada customer service every single day with no update. I don’t understand how it takes well over 2 weeks to verify someone’s identity. This is extremely frustrating and distasteful. I’ve followed every rule within the terms and conditions so im not even sure why my account was disabled. I just want access to my account so that I can withdrawal please.

My account has been disabled for 3 weeks pending about verification. You all are withholding my funds that I’ve won fair and square for no reason. I’ve sent everything you all ask for with my personal information on it and my account is still disabled. I thought this online casino was supposed to be highly rated and reliable but this situation has been nothing but stressful and distasteful. I just want to be able to withdraw the money in my account at this point.

Bovada, it’s been a month since my account has been disabled with over $6,000 stuck in there. I haven’t gotten an explanation or an update. I have been a member for almost a year if not longer and if never had any problems with your site until now. I really love Bovada, but this is upsetting. My account has been under investigation for verification far too long. I sent over my documents that you all requested and have my account re-enabled. Can you please just re-enable my account so that I can be able to withdrawal my funds in my account please.

And you all have the right to investigate any account at anytime but taking over a month, and not updating me on why my account is in review is the issue. I see others are having the same issue. How and why does an “investigation” take over a month to finish? I just want to withdraw my funds.

Bovada, is there any update regarding my account? My account is still temporarily disabled, I’ve been kind and patient this whole investigation. But I’m getting frustrated and disappointed at how long this is taking after being told it would only take 24-48 hours to be completed.
