Bovada Casino - After waiting 18 days still refuses to process withdrawal

I have been using bovada for a few years now. Haven't had any issues until now- but this is a BIG problem. I submitted a wire transfer request for over $5,000 on OCTOBER 28th and the refuse to process my withdrawal. I have sent emails and called- they never answer my calls (waited on hold one time for 2HOURS). On their website it says all withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours. Sure enough, on November 1st I received this message:

We want to let you know we've received a particularly large number of requests recently and because of that, we are currently outside of our normal review timelines.

All payout requests are being reviewed and processed as quickly as possible and we expect to be back within our normal timeframes in the next 7-10 days. We'll send you a message as soon as your payout has been approved.

We're very sorry for the delay and inconvenience. We pride ourselves on delivering some of the quickest payouts in the industry and are diligently working to return to that level of service as soon as we can.

The 10 days has passed and I am now on day 18!! I have received wire transfers from them on multiple occasions so I KNOW my account is set up properly. They are completely ignoring me!!! BEWARE IF YOU EVER REQUEST A LARGE PAYOUT!!!!
