Accounts similar to mine
They sent me an email saying that my account had been disabled for accounts similar to mine. I had deposited 1700 dollars, after some winning & losing, my balance was 2500. After reading all these horror stories about “bonus abuse” and them only enforcing it if you win, I just want my deposit money back at this point. If the email address I used or the bets I placed were a problem, I should have gotten a notice, a warning, or at least a chance to correct it. Right now it’s being investigated, I’m not quite sure what they are going to say, but I can’t imagine it’s going to be good. I’ve read about how this has happened to others, about if the other accounts don’t respond that they will keep you in limbo, basically keeping your deposit & winnings. I wish this won’t be the case with me. I started on bovada relatively new, my grandson is the one that helped me set up my account. He lives in the same building as me and we are very close. After reading about the terms & services I can see why they think it’s 1 person using different accounts. But it’s actually 2 different people in the same building but in different apartments. I never knew I was breaking a rule. But I also feel that If it were a problem they should have stepped in before I even deposited. Because I’m sure if I lost all my balance I wouldn’t have gotten flagged. A nice customer rep told me that I would get my money back but I’m not so sure now after reading all the reviews. My grandson and his friends have spent 10s of thousands of dollar on Bovada and I would hope that they don’t do this to their clients.
