On September 8 I opened an account and placed a wager on a sports parlay that won me $13,827.08 the next day after trying to withdrawal most of my funds I received an email stating that they couldn't identify the information I provided to make my account which they didn't ask for any information upon creating the account, so I immediately emailed them ALL the information they asked for and was told it would take 24-48 hours for my account to be reactivated while they review it. It has now been over 10 days and the only update I keep receiving is an email repeatedly saying they received my documentation.
