On October 11th I was asked to verify my account. I have sent all necessary documents, but since then I have not received any information or update. I tried to contact them, but they said that no information will be provided till verification is in process. It has been month and 6 days and nothing has changed. And they keep repeating the same story every time I try to contact them.
I have a winning account and I made one withdrawal and then suddenly they disable my account and keep my money frozen.
I believe 35 days is more than enough to verify account and check all the documents I have sent. But still, everything is frozen and no response from Bovada. Very disappointed.
